Mô tả Công việc
1. Business Development
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the On-premises (horeca, travel retail...etc) channel.
- Must be able to implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
2. Business Relation
- Understand the working process, cooperate with related departments to implement work
3. Report, forecast
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the manager.
- Prepare and participate in daily & weekly team meetings to discuss sales and customer growth.
- Forecast of sales per sub-channel, per customer.
- Project expected sales volume/revenue for existing and new products.
4. Sales team management
- Communicates effectively with people in the team and outside of it as well.
- Have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals.
Woring time: Monday - Friday (08:30-17:30)
Working location: Cat Lai Industrial Park, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- At least 2 years of experience as sales on Horeca channel (key account as five star hotel/resort) is required.
- Having experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong selling skills, good at communication and presentation skills.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Solution selling skills
- Good at MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint,...)
- Honest, responsible, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and to handle multiple tasks.
