1. Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Partner with hiring teams to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Screen CV and transfer potential candidates for next stage
- Implement and improve recruitment strategies to meet company hiring goals.
- Utilize recruitment tools and job boards, and maintain an updated talent pipeline.
2. Compensation & Benefits (40%)
- Monthly Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Labor Contracts & Employee Documentation:
- Manage all employee labor contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Track performance appraisals after probation and on an annual basis to support decision-making.
- Propose salary increments for approval by department heads and prepare necessary documentation for salary adjustments, allowance changes, job transfers, and relocations.
- Prepare and manage other relevant HR documents as needed.
- Social Insurance Administration:
- Handle all tasks related to compulsory insurance (Unemployment Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Insurance), including monthly reporting.
- Manage insurance books and health insurance cards for employees, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Process claims for sickness, maternity leave, and other benefits for employees in compliance with regulations.
- Tax Administration:
- Collect, review, and process documents related to employee tax matters, including family deductions.
- Register tax codes for all employees and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
3. Administration (20%)
- Organize internal employee events (team building, YEP or other bonding activities)
- Oversee all aspects of office administration, including office leasing and management of mail and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related major.
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, HR generalist,
- Have good writing skill/ content creation/ designing skill.
- Excellence in interpersonal skills, fluent in English & Vietnamese.
- Have a proactive, creative and willing to learn mindset
- Have an interest in music, data, technology, marketing/ branding is a plus
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
