Mô tả Công việc

  1. Talent Acquisition and Staffing:

Devising talent acquisition and staffing strategy and solutions to ensure qualified staffing in timely manner, ensuring at all times the most efficient processes are used to reduce mis-hires and recruitment costs. Spearheading all recruitment activities (external or internal), and taking part in the processes, whenever needed and especially for management and critical positions, from profile screening, interview, offer… to on-boarding stage.

  1. Compensation & Benefits Management /Salary Review:

- Responsible for the overall management of all administration associated with Human Resource Management including but not limited to: timely and accurate payroll, contract management; social/medical insurance enrollment/claims; personal income tax monthly/yearly declaration/finalization, employee file maintenance.

- Design, implement and manage the Company's compensation and benefit as well as employee relations programs/policies/procedures and activities for the company: such as job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits…

- Rewards: Building, developing, maintaining the system of policies, procedures, regulations and processes related to salary, bonus and benefit.

- Salary review: Collecting and analyzing policy information and salary in market to propose policies and programs to attract and retain employees in accordance with the common goals of the Company.

  1. Operations Budget Plan & Management:

Conduct the analysis of the Company’s cost and expenditures for the business to develop a proper annual operations budget for the Company

  1. Employee Communication & Relations:
  • Attend to employee relation problems & find most adequate solutions and negotiate with union representatives to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
  • Responsible to work with relevant line managers and Directors regarding employee relations matters including but not necessarily limited to: employee grievances; performance management and improvement requirements; terminations; salary negotiations; bonus applications; promotions; job change management.
  1. Learning & Development Management:

Work with Departments to establish and implement annual training programs and plans:

  • Training Framework/model
  • Conduct training needs analysis and select training providers.
  • Plan for training, transferring, evaluating and certifying.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make changes accordingly.
  • Check and validate training materials and training programs.
  • Make sure Introduction and Orientation programs provided to new employees.
  • Participate in implementing and managing the processes of surveying, analyzing and evaluating professional skills and competencies for all employees of the Company.
  • Identify training and development needs by job analysis together with assessment and regular consultation with Department Heads.
  1. Manage the Performance Appraisal system.
  2. HR Planning/Company organization chart management:

Together with department heads to review and plan manpower, monitor and manage company organization chart.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. Qualification:
  • University degree of Human Resources Management / Economics / Law. BA related field.
  1. Working Experience:

Years of experience: Minimum of 6-year general experience, with 3-year experience at management level (Senior HR/Supervisor/Manager) with multinational organizations.

  1. Expertise:
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced understanding of the principles of labor and employment legislation within the relevant jurisdiction(s).
  • Advanced written and spoken communication skills
  • Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage change with a strong results-orientation.
  • Strong Interpersonal & analysis skills
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
