Mô tả Công việc

  • Support managers in defining the roles to be resourced and coordinating with functional business partners.
  • End-to-end in the recruitment process.
  • Support admin, payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours.
  • Supervise and advise GA team where needed to solve all issues/matters relating to location office facilities, office management , property management,....
  • Ensures policies, practices and processes are flawlessly executed and in full compliance with both local and Company regulatory standards
  • Main contact with local government authorities, such as social security, labour Ministry and others. Represent the company in internal and external audits Manage labour suits and government audits. Interact with internal and external lawyers. May represent the company in court.
  • Support the training needs.
  • Member of the factory management team, contributing to the overall factory operations and decisions making. Drive the Employee Engagement plan for the factory. Should collaborate with the safety effort of the site.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in HR Factory environment.
  • Possesses strong knowledge in local labour law. Holds a track record of proven performance and driving change; and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners.
  • Candidate with FMCG and Manufacturing background is more preferred. Interviewing & selection skill & Performance Management. Fundamental C&B Talent Management
  • Excellent English proficiency is a must.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in HR Factory environment. 
  • Possesses strong knowledge in local labour law. Holds a track record of proven performance and driving change; and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners.
  • Candidate with FMCG and Manufacturing background is more preferred. Interviewing & selection skill & Performance Management. Fundamental C&B Talent Management
  • Fluent English proficiency is a must. Good at business partnering mindset and communication skill.
