Summary: This opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the entire food service, hospitality, laundry and building care service industry.
You will serve as the face of AIM for your customers, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes, programs and equipment to create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments and drive a positive guest experience.

The Hygiene Chemical Application Specialist is ultimately responsible for management of key accounts as well as working with our customers, to develop product and service strategies for mutual benefit including chemical solutions, equipment (Taski and Ware washing machines) and service maintenance contracts

Performance Objectives
1. Manage service and maintain excellent relationships to assigned accounts
- Conduct periodical service calls:
- Check all schedules for your accounts – TCS
- Send monthly schedule to Diversey – Only Diversey accounts
- Check the output tech service
- Review the output
- Send the output
- Summarize actions, solutions, advice
- Communicate directly with client to solve any issues
2. Ensure all outstanding issue with clients are being handled by team
- Conduct refresh training as per agreed commitment in contract
- Training attendance
- Training evaluation
- Conduct Management Reviews periodical basis – as per contract commitments and following AIM formats
3. New account implementation: Prepare implementation plan
- Manage, following matrix orgo, successful implementation of new account
- Prepare Proposed Cleaning procedures (Wall charts, job cards etc.)
- Prepare training material
- Coordinate dispenser installation with Technical Service
- Conduct the training and implementation
- Ensure all mandatory sign offs are performed with client, filed and uploaded to CRM
4. Collaborate with Business Development (BD):
- Consult on Surveys performed by BD
- Support complex survey and audit new accounts
- Consult on product strategy if required
- Consult on trials if required
