Mô tả Công việc

Responds to and resolves complaints and complex claims issues.
Communicates effectively with claims adjusters, customers, and insurers
Responsible for their assigned group of claim adjusters and their claims
Responsible for adjuster inventory
Contributes to the development of processes and procedures
Coaches and guides Claim Adjusters on technology, processes, policies, and estimating practices, as well as support for fellow team members.
Monitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that quality and volume standards are maintained
Ensures compliance with Insurance Department regulations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor in hospitality and tourism management or relevant
03 years of experience in medical insurance field as a leader
Strong work ethic and desire to achieve results
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused mind set
