* We are in-needs of 4 positions International Sales Manager for 2025-Sales-Project w/ main duties as below:
- Receive & manage orders as well as work w/ clients (from US/ EU or Asia)
- Welcome & directly do transactions with clients
- Communicate to Introduce, consult and support clients on products & company's capacity
- Maintain relationship w/ clients to reach annual sales targets w/ assigned accounts or territory;
- Cooperate w/ the factory to follow up production plan, product quality & delivery plan.
- Control debt, selling price & profit;
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve deparmental sales/ revenue targets;
- Collaborate with Marketing Department to develop customer sources; research market trends, products; collect market information
- Follow up and support subodinates w/ their plans & issues
- Conduct business branding & promotion activities such as joining International Conferences/ Seminars/ Exhibitions, etc.
* Working location: TTF Binh Duong (7h30-16h). Shuttle bus will be given at Thủ Đức/ Hàng Xanh/ Ngã Tư Bình Phước
- Graduated from University, majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related fields;
- From 2 to 5 year experience at the position of Sales Manager/ Sales Unit Head/ Sr. Sale Team Leader in doing international business w/ USA, Europe or Asia markets
- Knowledge of business & interior products; have a wide network in furniture is prefereable;
- Leadership, teamwork, communication, persuasiveness, adaptability;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
