Mô tả Công việc
Planning Process Coordination:
- Develop detailed procedures and guidelines for creating action plans for departments.
- Organize workshops and discussions with department heads to guide and assist them in developing plans.
- Ensure that departmental action plans are clearly structured, with specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.
- Collect, compile, and review departmental action plans to ensure logic, consistency, and alignment with BSC/KPIs.
Monitoring and Tracking Plan Implementation:
- Develop a system for tracking the progress of departmental plan implementation.
- Regularly update information on the status of plan implementation from departments.
- Urge departments to implement plans according to the established schedule.
- Analyze deviations from the plan and identify the causes.
- Propose solutions to adjust the plan when necessary.
Departmental Support:
- Provide effective planning tools, templates, and methods.
- Advise and answer questions from departments regarding the planning process and content.
- Assist departments in identifying the resources needed to implement the plan.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on the status of departmental planning and implementation.
- Analyze the effectiveness of plan implementation against the set goals.
- Assess potential risks and challenges that may affect plan implementation.
- Propose improvements to the planning and implementation process.
Other Tasks:
- Participate in the development and adjustment of the company's BSC/KPIs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure synchronization in the company's activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Planning, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in planning, performance management, or equivalent positions.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in companies of similar size or in the real estate or technology sectors.
- Experience in building and implementing a BSC/KPI system is an advantage.
- Experience in team management is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of planning processes, goal management, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in planning tools and methods (e.g., Gantt chart, PERT diagram).
- Good analytical and information synthesis skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Good independent and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use project management software or BSC/KPI software is an advantage.
