IT Application Development Team Leader

I. JOB BRIEF:

This position has the role of: Managing and supervising the Application Development team 1 sub team of The Application team in the IT department. This team is responsible for development, upgrading and technical support for all software/application systems of the company (included third party and in-house software /applications and excluded ERP-SAP system), do the Non-SAP Integration between systems and system (excluded ERP-SAP system).

II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for general management day to day of the development and support at level 2 of all software /application systems of the company (excluded ERP-SAP): Web Intranet, POS, Ecommerce, CRM, Loyalty, E-Invoice, Websites, HRMS, Non-SAP Integration, EDI, Automation Tools, Inhouse Applications, Third-party software ... to ensure always providing IT services for software / applications using stable quality on time, within budget and in scope.

2. Based on the instruction of the IT Application Manager to implementation the plan and support the team.

3. Supervising and showing the problem for manage by case. research and find solution suggest for manager.

4. Making recommendations/Proposals to IT Manager Application on upgrading the existing systems.

5. Prepare protocols and procedures for the use of any new software or applications.

6. Propose IT technical solutions to the Application Manager before proposing and getting the final approval on the solution from the IT Director. Ensure high quality, on time, meet SLA about deliverability of development, UAT and deployment to production...

7. Closely coordinate with other main functions of the IT department (Infrastructure and support/Service and Project Delivery/ SAP) to have the best meet the IT requirements of users from other Departments of the company.

8. Do Research and Development about IT technologies / Solutions

9. Documentation all technical documents and manage source code related to the application development works

10. Develop Staff capacity. Manage and conduct IT training plan and support training related to IT. Directly training about IT skills users of other departments of the Company according to the general plan of the IT Department (if necessary)

11. Participate in major technical support role for key IT projects (excluding ERP SAP system) of the Company.

12. Working with third-party software/application vendors to:

a. Provide technical support to superiors in equipping key software / application systems (excluded ERP-SAP) for company.

b. Lovely Support and on time deliverability of change requests and fixes

13. Report periodically to the IT Application Manager/IT Director on software/application development and risk management

14. Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Application Manager/IT Director.

- At least 4 years of development experience in the relevant field.

- Good skills in programming (Web and App (MS Technologies, PHP, Java Scrip…).

- Knowlege process development application.

- Have good knowledge and experience in the administration and programming of popular databases such as MSSQL, My SQL, Non-sql….

- Have knowledge about configuring software systems running on Windows, Linux ... environment.

- Extensive experience in participating in technical projects.

- Extensive experience in participating in IT projects.

- Have team leadership skills, project management skills, time management skills, and problem solving skills.

- Understanding of business processes to be able to participate in consulting solutions for businesses.

- Active and creative, able to work independently and in groups.

- Honesty
