Mô tả Công việc

- Design and continuous improvement to support the Supply Chain departments
- To provide for any issue related to IT systems (ERP or non-ERP) especially in Planning, Warehouse, Logistics.
- Response to manage and guidance to configuration, changing the system for bug fixing or to support the business improvement
- Manage supplier to fix ERP and also implement the application system to fulfill the requirement from Supply Chain
- Periodical conduct the training/sharing to the team not only IT knowledge but also about business process of Supply chain
- IT contact point in the Supply Chain IT project such as: MRP, MPS, WMS and ect, ensure the project successful golive on time and on budget
- Support to establish and managing the change management process in IT systems
- Periodical, conduct the refreshed training to Supply chain
- Design and support BI team intelligent report development for Supply Chain
- Cooperate with other departments to implementing IT projects to deliver expected value for Supply Chain

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University major in Information Technology
- 2+ years experience of working in FMCG field, corporate environment. At least 2 years experience of working as IT Business Partner for Supply Chain
- Experience of Supply Chain Management processes & operations: sales order management, planning, stock management, replenishment, production management, warehouses management, logistics management and customer services
- Strong knowledge of IT business solution/ application such as: ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, data management, data Analysis…
- Coaching skill, communication skill, change management, project management, problem solving, customer service and decisions making.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
