• Working with Japanese customers about requirements, specifications, working process, and technical solution.
• Transfer requirements from Japanese customers to the Vietnam team
• Work onsite in Japan if needed
Compulsory Skills & Knowledge (Must have):
• Have experience to work in Japan or work directly with Japanese customers.
• At least 2-year experience in software development.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge (Nice to have):
• Experience in software development for Web & Cloud.
• Experience in project management at Japanese company or for Japanese clients is a great advantage.
• Experience as a software developer (C#, Java) is a big plus.
• Onsite working experience in Japan is a big plus.
• Able to work under tight schedule.
• Having PMP certification is preferred.
