Working out & aligning with customers on yearly-quarterly-monthly business plans, then following up on execution to ensure planning things happened in real
Ensure listing of new products within the account in charge
Assisting KAM & coordinating with Local MOT Team to ensure effective operation/ execution management.
Negotiating and dealing Contracts with outlet owner.
Supervising all sales activities and Sales Team's performance in Key Account Outlets/Group.
Co-meeting monthly with Local MOT team.
Quarterly verifying, updating database in Outlet Tie - Up Review. Reviewing, approving for POS allocation
Working with the signage makers to offer the proper signage to Key Account Outlets/Group.

Bachelor degree, preferable in business/marketing
At least 2-3 years of experience in Modern On Trade in FMCG companies
Problem solving, strategic thinking and initiative
Good planning & Communication
Advance computer skills in Ms-word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot
Customer business analysis/management, Program execution management, Direct sales
