Perform KYC activity at loan closing stage or prior to underwriting via Video streaming or face to face.
To ensure all procedures, documents are well prepared for customers to sign loan contracts if the application is approved by underwriter and approver.
Remind customers of key responsibilities and well handle all related questions from customers.
Maintaining customer portfolio
Managing whole portfolio of customers who have been KYC’ed by this role (and approved afterward).
Ensure all assigned KPIs are met.
Other Assignments by Credit Operation Support Team Leader, includes working as part of Pre-due/ Bounce Team.
Work location: 14F, Pegasus Plaza Building, 53-55 Vo Thi Sau Street, Quyet Thang Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
- University Graduated, Finance/ Accounting or Banking major are preferable
- Ideally 1 years of experience in finance/ banking industry or customer service position. (Finance, banking knowledge preferred)
- Interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, business acumen
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Acceptable command of spoken and written English and good command of Vietnamese
- Practical working experience in customer service-oriented atmosphere. Customer first mentality
- Can work independently and under high pressure.
