1. Assist Korean patients during their visit at FV (OPD and IPD)
- Welcome and guide new Korean patient
- Help them to fill in the registration form
- Guide them to use the patient card and advice them to book appointment before coming
- Reconfirm the appointment for them
- Assist Korean patient during their visit at FVH
- Support FVH information for Korean patients
- Escort patient to go to the right department for consultation
- Escort patient for doing the test prescribed by doctor
- Escort patient for buying the medicine if any
2. Translation/ interpretation
- Translate between doctor and patients and vice versa
- Translate what patients said about her/ his disease
- Translate all information about the diagnosis/ treatment given by doctor
- Interpreter all information (Admission procedure, insurance, pre-op, discharge, re-consultation, medication…) provided by FVH staffs to Korean patients
- Translate all notice or information when required
3. Phone duty
- Responsible for handling a duty phone
- Responsible for interpreting between FVH staffs and Russian patients when needed (especially during the nights and the weekends)
1. Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Korean.
2. Experience: At least 3 year experienced as similar position
3. Skills and knowledge:
- Strong network with internal and external organizations
- Worked successfully with a diverse group of people
- Mastery of organizational skills
- Have the sense of Customer Service
- Ability to work under pressure and in an environment of a multi-national culture
- Mastery of effective communication skills to impact and influence people
4. Foreign language(s):
- Fluent in Korean (4 skills)
- Knowing English or French is an advantage
