Position Overview: A leading factory sourcing and quality inspection company in China, is seeking a part-time coordinator to support our operations in Vietnam.
This role will be responsible for sourcing factories, local communications, and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local business landscape and be able to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Factory Sourcing:
Research and identify potential factories that meet our quality standards.
Conduct initial assessments and communicate with factory representatives to gather necessary information.
Maintain a database of potential and existing factory partners.
Local Communications:
Serve as the primary contact for local partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Coordinate with the headquarters in China to relay important updates and feedback from local operations.
Manage local inquiries and provide support as needed.
Talent Sourcing:
Identify and recruit local talent for various roles within the company.
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet our requirements.
Maintain a network of local professionals for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:
