Mô tả Công việc

* Agency – leading all the payment process

- To handle, upload & follow up approval route of the payment and contract process on the system

* Quotation on the system

- To handle & upload hardcopy of quotation to system

- To follow & remind respected parties reviewing & approving quotation on system

- Prepare status update report & send to team.

* Minute of Acceptance (MOA)

- To handle & upload hardcopy of MOA to system

- To follow & remind respected parties reviewing & approving MOA on system

- Prepare status update report & send to brand team (on each Monday & Thursday)

* Technical Acceptance (TA)

- To request & follow up softcopy & hardcopy of TA with respected parties

* Contract

- To request & follow up softcopy & hardcopy of Contract with respected parties

* Payment

- To proceed document internally & externally for payment. Involve MKT Strategy team in the conversation.

- Prepare status update report & send to brand team (on each Monday & Thursday)

* Samples send/ receive

- Coordinate internally (Supply Chain/Procurement) and externally (DHL/Import – Export agencies) to receive or send samples when required.

- Manage issue document and procedure

* Data extraction and visualization (fluency in Excel/Words/PPT)

- Run/ download data, build up chart for project required.

* Team Logistics

- Raising Business Travel Booking and proceed hotel & transportation for team.

- Consolidate and submit Market visit claims, Business travel claims from team.

- Workshop preparation, business lunch/dinner, market visit arrangement

- Logistic arrangement, ie. document for agencies/ other parties to access to Vietcombank building.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University/ College graduate in Business Administration/ Accounting…

- At least 2-year experience in Admin role.

- Good communication, planning and organizing, interpersonal skills

- Reliable, accurate, impartiality

- Conversant with spoken and written English

- Good office skills (MS office, filing…).                          

- Willing to work under pressure
