• Conduct a technical analysis and evaluation of Contractors and Consultants during the Tender stage.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as project service team, consultants, contractors, and authorities to address any concerns that may arise during the planning and construction phases.

Expertise in building design, construction, and installation.
Fluent in spoken and written English, including report preparation.
Recognized degree by the Vietnam Government in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
8 to 12 years of M&E supervision experience in the construction industry.
Ability to plan and implement M&E projects from start to finish.
Demonstrated expertise in related M&E projects and knowledge of MEP services.
Based in Hanoi with regular travel to project sites.
