Docquity is developing CSMO (Contract Sales & Marketing Organization) model digitally and physically to promote potential healthcare brands within Vietnam marketplace and expanding the responsible Team as a consequence, fast & ambitiously. So, let’s join us!


· Job title: Medical Representative (Hospital & Clinic).

· Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager or Commercial Director.

· Number of direct reports: none.

· Location: Hanoi city, Vietnam.

· Channels: hospital & clinic (ETC).

· Brands: multiple in healthcare.

· Expected on-board date: within May-24.


To deliver agreed sales targets & marketing activities to drive revenue & market share growth of all responsible brands within potential customer base in assigned territory in hospital & clinic (ETC) channel.


· Develop and execute sales/brand/customer development plan in alignment with corporate directions.

· Develop & frequently update customer base as ideal customer profile (ICP) to promote all responsible brands & manage to build up all good relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.

· Ensure 100% call plan execution with target customer list (plan, execute, report) with right frequency and within timeline designated to ensure full coverage.

· Communicate with customers to deploy all trade promotion programs (discount, FOC, rebate, etc.) to maximize all brands’ availability & sales results.

· Communicate with customers to deploy or support all trade marketing activities (group detailing, display, activation, symposium, etc.) to maximize all brands’ visibility & sales results.

· Responsible for sales forecast accuracy for multiple brands and monitor stock level at customer level to ensure sufficient supply vs. demand.

· Frequently gather market intelligence (market trends, competitors, in target brand/customer/consumer matrix) and then provide extensive reporting with advisable initiatives.

· Preparing sales/brand/customer report with intensive performance analysis & recommendations in monthly, quarterly & yearly business review.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


·        Experience: at least 3 years in the same roles & responsibility, preferrably with direct interactions in healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices & diagnosticsc or consumer healthcare).

·        Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing, preferrably with Medical or Pharmaceutical degree.

·        English & computing (Office): proficient level.

·        Skills set needed:

  •    Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation.
  •    Relationship building with great inter-personal leadership.
  •    Result-driven, customer-centric & people-focused manner.
  •    Team-player, proactive, meticulous, responsible & solution-oriented.
