<Job Responsibilities>

* Overall purpose

  • Lead the marketing and sales team to reach sales target/ KPI and increase Company's brand/ products’ awareness
  • Plan Sales and Marketing strategies to reach company objectives
  • Develop and connect the whole MI Sales and Marketing team

* Key responsibilities and duties

  • Lead, organize and orient Musical Instruments Sales and Marketing team ensuring they always are on track for achieving sales target and KPI. Keep updating and suggesting effective solutions to develop the whole team’s skills and spirits
  • Observe the market, competitors and industry trends and drives strategies for increasing awareness of the company's products, and be responsible for analyzing sales budgets and making sure the whole Sales and Marketing team reach the company objectives/ strategies
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales target
  • Prepare and control an annual financial budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals and increase cost effectiveness
  • Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important dealers and get the new potential dealers in Viet Nam, and assist sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
  • Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports with the accurate forecast
  • Manage, forecast and place products’ orders to maintain the right inventories balance
  • Other tasks are assigned by General Manager

- Working Time: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday)

- Monthly Salary: 2,000–3,000USD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

  • Gender: Any
  • Age: 32 - 40
  • BA degree in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing
  • At least 10 years in Sales and Marketing / Sales in any industry which 5 years at Manager level in Sales in Electronics or Refrigeration.
  • English proficiency
  • Leadership and influence skills with the strong sales/business mindset
  • Decisive skills with strategic thinking
  • Communication proficiency
  • Proactive on problem solving/analysis
  • Results driven and strategic thinking Negotiation and communication

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

  • Prefer have experience in Marketing in Electronics or Refrigeration.
