The painting specialist will be responsible for archiving the company goals of painting quality for Davit and Boat production line by focusing on controlling the painting quality and managing the coating workshop together with the coating manual process, furthering continuous improvement and increasing coating productivity. This position, under the supervision of the production manager, provides the service to related production departments such as R&D, purchasing and warehouse to be aligned with the quality management system. The role is also expected to be the key contact person for any technical-related support and advice to work relationships regarding painting internally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Control the painting quality per the project’s requirement & and quality management system.
Evaluate the factors affecting painting quality and provide a solution for continuous improvement.
Manage the coating workshop and coating manual process.
Provide the best painting solution and process for the purpose of best quality and cost.
Be the key contact for any technical-related support in and out of the production department.
Create the painting plan and control the painting tiến độ, productivity to be aligned with the production plan and target.
Create the production plan, production procedure, manual process, and technical & and operation document
Train and evaluate the worker proficiency level
Manage the use of machinery, tools and production materials in the working area for cost and quality efficiency.
Responsible for HSE & 5S implementation at the workshop

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with major in Engineering, Chemical, Chemical Technology Engineering, Shipbuilding technology, Vật liệu học
Certification of NACE level 2 or FROSIO level 3.
At least 2 years of working experience in painting technology controlling or supervising roles, especially 2-pack paint.
