[Phú Nhuận] Banking Industry - Software Delivery Officer (IT function)

Position: Software Delivery Officer – HSBC Vietnam

Working place: Centre Point Tower, Nguyen Van Troi St., Phu Nhuan Dist, HCMC.

Working time: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

1. Main tasks:

The jobholder is responsible and is expected to deliver a high standard of service to Customer Groups using HSBC systems and HTSV developed programs through timely resolution of problem encountered as well as to assist in deploying new software on our production machine.

This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

• Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email

• Deliver high standard service to users using core banking systems and locally developed programs

• Assist in deploying new software and upgrades

• Provide assistance and advice to customer groups and management on systems’ issues

• Assist in coordinating with local business and Regional IT to implement initiatives from the business

• Provide coaching to team members/subordinates in technical issues

• Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk by:

+ Remaining compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines.

+ Ensuring strict compliance with government banking regulations

+ Timely implementing internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

• What software to develop: Web service/Web form/Windows form
