1. Planning Activities
- Yearly planning based on the approved budget with all data of related departments and plants
- Half year, quarterly, monthly rolling phasing to ensure all resources are at best utilization of RMs, labor and capacity
- Taking care of all RMs planning to ensure plants’ production are met
- Analyse sales forecast from all channels (Distribution, Project, South,…) to have suitable plans for RMs, productions at the best efficiency
- Taking care of all measurements: S&OP, PSA, MTO -MTS, Min-Max level, Forecast accuracy, Bias, Provision inventory, etc….
- Understand deeply the capacity of each plant, each production line, etc.. for better planning throughout the year
- Understand deeply supplier capacity for smooth volume allocation
- Monitor and update fluctuations (material prices, market demand, transportation, ...) to adjust the plan accordingly from time to time to optimize costs.
- Optimize Working Capital by balancing between the inventory of RMs and FGs
- Ensure smooth team working flow between plants & South Planning Team to achieve the best outcome of the business
2. People development
- Coach, manage and develop team members to achieve KPIs and targets
- Ensure effective operations by implementing department policies and procedures
- Develop sustainable IDP for key team members
3. Report
- Complete assigned reports and send them on time as per requests
- Other business project – D2D TMS, WMS, QR code
4. Compliance
- Understand and deploy ICRF as per Group and Companies requirements
- Complete all assigned trainings of Saint-Gobain Group
- Education: Bachelor's degree specializing in Economics, Finance
- Experience:
+ At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
+ Background in FMCG or complex Supply Chain operations is an advantage
+ Good at problem-solving and negotiation
- Communication & Presentation skills: Good at communication skills with various types of audiences in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer Microsoft Office skills: Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required.

+ Ability to work under pressure and overview to other functions of Supply Chain
- Working location: Hung Yen Plant (Shuttle bus from Hanoi Center is provided)
