Mô tả Công việc

1. Precision Ag Equipment & Software Management (Hardware & Software)

- Recommend investing in / replacing the suitable PA equipment & software;

- Set up, configure (hardware, software), and train the operator how to work with;

- Update software, renew subscription follow producer’s policies;

- Work with the IT Team to set up, and maintain the infrastructure properly (if using NTRIP, mobile network);

- Remote or onsite support to operators as needed.

2. Geodatabase Management & Analysis

- Create, Import/Export Setup File or Shapefile following the business owner’s approval as needed;

- Collect data (including from IoT Sensors, satellites, Drones, etc.);

- Work with the PA software to create a management plan as;

Field management in GIS (soil map, NDVI vegetation index, yield map, etc.),
Field design (Terra Cutta Design or equivalent software)
Create a Prescription Plan for Material Input following Agronomist’s recommendation.
Recalibration or monitor the operator to recalibrate rate controller, implement, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Familiar with GIS and related software, and hardware; specifically Google Earth Pro, John Deere Operation Center, Terra Cutta Design, Hardware (GPS Receiver, Radio RTK, NTRIP) are a plus

- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, effective decision-making, adherence to procedures, adept organization, both independent and team-oriented, efficient multitasking, meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality, enthusiastic proactivity, trend-awareness, and physical fitness with good hand-eye coordination;

- Proven two (2) years of experience as a GIS technician, an operator with the PA solutions;

- Possessing these qualifications is advantageous;

Bachelor of Applied Geographic Information Systems, Agricultural Sciences or equivalent.
GIS Professional (GISP), Esri Technical Certifications or equivalent.
Have taken Agricultural GIS, Agricultural Data Management Courses, or equivalent.

- English: Ielts at least 5.5.
