Communicate with customers, make sure they are kept up-to-date all ongoing projects (Casegoods and Full Upholstery)
Coordinate & follow up with internal teams for material source, drawings, cost, BOM, Quotation, finish development, Upholstery process, sample orders & schedule, get product photos approval before shipping.
Arrange/ involve sample review, meeting with customers/production & solve any problems relate to sample development.
Update & handover sample report/recap to ME/Production
Weekly/Monthly report.
Follow up & support to solve any problems in sample production.
Join Sample Review with Tech team.
Make sure signed master panel ready for production.
