Mô tả Công việc

Product Marketing Executive at Glints

  1. Market positioning: competitive analysis, understanding customer, product positioning & messaging, market research

  2. Marketing & promotion plan: campaign, collaterals, conversion optimization

  3. Support the cost-of revenue management: revenue goal, pricing, business analysis

  4. Lead generation (inbound & outbound): sales enablement, execute lead generation (campaign, partnership, event)

# Your day-to-day activities

A. Customer Insight / Business Analyst:

  • Gain key insight to boost our activation & retention metrics;

  • Define the customer segments, characteristics, size of opportunities and required product and services needs to be prioritized;

  • Connect the dots and provide solid insights for our strategic planning process.

B. Conversion rate optimization:

  • Monitor conversion funnel across various entry points, as well as the relevant leading and lagging business and marketing indicators;

  • Provide customer advocacy and identify customer experience improvement opportunities

C. Stakeholders management:

  • Identify needs (product/service offering and marketing levers) to address segment's needs;

  • Collaborate with Product team for providing customer segmentation understanding, customer and market insights in their product's / feature's development cycle;

  • Identify the product-market fit for the targeted segment

D. Marketing development:

  • Champion experiment projects which address business and marketing problems;

  • Identify, source and incubate partnerships to further drive business goals and metrics, while maintaining brand coherence.

# Qualifications (Must Have)

  1. Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth

  2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  3. Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational marketer.

  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Excellent visual communications skills – take a technical concept and explain it clearly in a just one image

  6. Experience participating in dynamic product rollout processes

  7. Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude (be the person you would want to work with)

  8. A real people-person, someone who can make conversation with and build a relationship with anyone, anywhere

  9. Experience in market analysis

# Qualifications (Good Have)

  1. Previous experience in sales or working with B2B sales teams. 

  2. High-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics.
