Mô tả Công việc

Acquire the necessary basic competence for Schaeffler project management;
Finalizes project targets together with the Project Sponsor;
Structures and plans the project in a logical manner (subprojects and work packages) as well as organizes resources, plans costs and time;
Estimates and tracks risks together with project team;
Ensures completion of project documentation (Project Categorization, Request, Charter, Change Request, Monthly Status Report, Close-out, etc.);
Reports project status to Project Sponsor, Steering Committee and regional HR Project Management Office;
Compliance with Schaeffler project management process;
Project launching;
Controlling of projects with regards to the timing plan, synergies, costs etc., as well as the deviation;
Discuss, agree and reflect the targets, content and approaches with the customer and the assigned project teams;
Control compliance with the project management processes for the department, qualification of employees;
Analysis of critical paths, chances and risks during the project;
Definition of required capacity / resource; development of production concept;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Technical degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering);
Fluent English in spoken and written;
Social and intercultural competence and teamwork and working in networks;
Ideally between 2 and 4 years experience in leading projects
Experienced in manufacturing or industrial engineering
Good communication
