- University degree or higher in Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics or Law
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of public administration or public pol-icy planning and coordination
- Experience in working with relevant governmental institutions in Viet Nam preferably with the MPI, experience working with international development organizations would be an asset
- Excellent understanding of the technical and organizational framework of Viet Nam’s political and regulatory system, a deep understanding of the national financial or energy system is a plus
- Excellent leadership, cooperation and networking skills across different actors, institutions and personalities
- Excellent communication, research, writing and presentation skills with a strong interest in international financial market development, financing the energy transition and sustainable finance.
- Excellent language skills in Vietnamese and English, knowledge of German would be an asset, excellent IT-skills are a must (e.g. Excel and other MS Office programmes)
- Willingness to travel, both within Viet Nam and possibly abroad
