Mô tả Công việc

Acting as Receiving End Expert of specific technical process for transferring technology from Sending End Expert overseas.
Establish overall understanding of production process that needs to be transferred, provide input to layout workshops from a future process owner’s perspective.
Act as a link between specialized layout teams (consisting of project lead, layout expert, transfer manager, R&D expert, Sending End Expert and Receiving End Expert) and management team.
Interface for alignments during transfer phase between global and local project team, coordinate with cross-functional Work Packages (e.g. production, SCM, QCM, engineering, maintenance), equipment supplies and trainings.
Support the assembling and installation phase, installation of workplaces & equipment including infrastructure requirements (tables, lamps, trollies, IT, electricity, vacuum, ventilation, etc.).
Coordination and supply of ordering new machinery and tools.
Translate process documents and implement into Adonis, care for procurement according purchase list and provide customs setup for local site.
Support to all Work Package Leaders and treatment of all issues in plant, inclusive shopfloor planning and support pilot production under standard operations.
Site visit in HQ's country for 2-4 months for technical training and transferring, if needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management and/or Technical field (preferring Chemical Engineering background and experience)
Above 8 years of proven experience in project management as project leader or key coordinator in technology transferring project, NPI, NPD.
Proven experience in manufacturing/production companies, in chemical engineering field.
Familiar with manufacturing project management methodology.
Business English communication level, especially with technical-related conversation and technical documents. (English entrance test provided by the employer)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Well-organized and timeline oriented.
Able to work effectively individually or within a team.
Willing to learn in agile and fast-pace environment.
Working location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
