Our client is one of the biggest companies providing electronic products who is searching for an experienced talent to join their firm:
- Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets in projects.
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Working with customers to understand their business needs better and goals.
- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
- Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of work experience
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Experience in consumer electronics is an advantage
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
