Mô tả Công việc

Versed in both commodity management and sourcing processes in manufacturing;
Experienced and capable to execute the commodity strategy and component sourcing process in material purchase which lead to systematic pricing analysis as they relate to commodity costing management;
Technical capable with desired knowledge and skill to execute the cost reduction and negotiation activities as they related to material costing and PPV in manufacturing;
Establish relationship with Vendors, Distribution and 3PL, strengthen our short-term and long-term delivery and supply, and negotiate with better terms and condition;
Execute and implement the localization and supplier development processes as they relate to supply chain road-map and material ordering fulfillment among each of facilities;
Knowledge in and capable to execute the inventory control, safety stock review, ABC analysis, VMI and Min-Max strategic, tooling management processes as they relate to commodity management;
Experienced and capable to drive & execute the sourcing and costing analysis in new products development, preferred supplier management and preferred part management processes as they relate to sourcing activities; and
Where necessary roll their sleeves up to get stuck into detail and lead by example.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

The candidate will likely come from the electronics industry with commodity management and sourcing background
Fluent in English or Mandarin;
Excellent communication skills;
Able to motivate and retain staff to achieve high levels of performance;
