Mô tả Công việc

Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Conduct process audits to identify and remediate non-conformities.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and procedures.
Train and mentor junior QA staff.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality management system (QMS) improvement projects.
Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Have experience with QA in IT industry.
3+ years of experience in process quality assurance.
Experience in process improvement and auditing.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
