Set up, manage and maintain the quality standards/manual and requirements as laid out in the respective through Quality Assurance and Control processes.
Assure the quality of raw material used as well as manufacturing quality from in-line inspection processes to the final assurance of finished goods shipments through AQL inspections.
Ensure that the customers’ quality requirements are met and satisfied.
Manage input quality: raw material inspection, color matching and testing facilities to ensure that only compliant raw material is used in production.
Control inspections in-line & ensure manufacturing is compliance with the Items Description and Quality Manual requirements.
Make sure of quality requirements of the Items Description are interpreted and actioned

University degree majoring in garment technology is preferred.
Scientific and logical method to resolve problems.
Good teamwork spirit and independent, decisive maker.
Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work.
Leadership, coaching skills, and willingness to give advices when needed.
3year + of working experience in the same position in the garment field.
