- Define with the board of director about the quality policy of the company. Develop a general plan according to the objectives of the general management in terms of sustainable development, customer requests, regulations and constraints of the company.
- Work on obtaining official standards such as ISO and ensure that the required quality is maintained: set up ISO documents, make a detailed implementation plan of the quality management process according to ISO for relevant departments, implement monitoring and internal audits ….. Coordinate to organize quality audit and other audits conducted by third parties.
- Carry out analyzes in each department, identify malfunctions or identify non-compliance with standards, perform audits, propose and implement improvement plan : training, manufacturing processes, organization of production, evolution of facilities …
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of quality standards and HSE regulations.
- Strong capacities for data analysis and risks identification.
- Understanding the production process, the quality control process in the manufacturing, assembly, and mechanical processing industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and able to work with office package.
- Communication skill, serious, carreful, sociable and enthusiastic at work.
