· Check product quality

· Receive customer feedback and complaints, coordinate with relevant departments to find the cause, provide solutions, how to prevent it, and promptly follow up and effectively handle the problem.

· Collect and provide documents requested by customers;

· Based on customer standards to set internal standards, avoid abnormalities

· Welcoming customers and accepting products according to customer requirements.

Requirement:

· Background in electronic/semiconductor/components/plastic manufacturing

· Min 2 years in the same roles

· Fluent in Chinese AND good at English
