ISO/ IATF16949 SWOT analysis and collect action evidence
Audit planning: Tranfer and customer audit, CQI 9, 11, 12, Process audit
Conduct Audit: Tranfer and customer audit, CQI 9, 11, 12, Process audit
5 why analysis: IATF16949 internal audit, TUV audit, Tranfer and Customer audit, CQI 9, 11, 12, Process audit
Collect evidence: IATF16949 internal audit, TUV audit, Tranfer and Customer audit, CQI 9, 11, 12, Process audit
Effectiveness: IATF16949 internal audit, TUV audit, Tranfer and Customer audit, CQI 9, 11, 12, Process audit
CQI9, 11, 12 audit reports uploaded on SAP system
Fit For Quality (FFQ) coordinator for Schaeffler Vietnam Plant
Coordinate 5S activities and Q DAY program in the plant
Review Schaeffler Group Newsletter/ AP Standard Newsletter
Cross-check instruction/ document at production
QA SFM Management task / Input QA KPI
QMS Review: summary, distribute, get evidences for action plan
Coordinate for Stakeholder analysis & Local Process Responsible (LPR) Review
Q Monthly Report: collect, summarize, submit to Asia Pacific Region (AP)
White Paper Audit (WPA) & coordinator
Contingency plan: annual review, collect evidence for simunlations
Orientation Quality training topics
Orientation Quality training topics & Q-Dojo coordinator
Take responsibility for Quality System improvement projects from AP direction

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor degree-technical background (e.g. mechanical, chemical, electronic, industrial...)
Minimum 3 year-working experience in manafacturing, ISO 9001 & IATF16949 system, quality production
ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Internal auditor certificate are required
5 Coretool knowledge in FMEA, SPC, QC tools, 8D, 5Why…IATF 5 core tool certificate is the most preferable
Proficient English (writing and speaking)
Good communication skills
Good computer skills especially MS-Office (advanced excel)
Team working
Systematic and logical approach
