Develop and implement construction control measures, manpower, materials, equipment plans, and the overall and detailed project plans assigned.
Supervise and manage the progress and quality of contract execution by contractors.
Review and inspect documents and construction organization methods, as well as the quality plans of contractors in accordance with contracts signed with the Investor.
Supervise and manage contractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with key milestones and timeframes of the project.
Manage project-related risks.
Manage site costs; Prepare Cashflow on a weekly and monthly basis.
Lead the process of preparing project acceptance documentation with the Investor and Supervisory Consultant.
Participate in meetings with the Investor and Consultant.
