· Customer Correspondence: Meeting, Mail, Negotiation, Design proposal, Report on themes related to Build Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), False Analysis Corrective Action (FACA), Reliability (REL), Material

· Development management Correspondence: Development lead, initiative on themes related to Build Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), False Analysis Corrective Action (FACA), Reliability (REL), Material

· There are the functions shown in the below.

• Build control: manage development build. Allocation, quantity, and build/shipping schedule.
• Material: manage incoming materials to check quality, quantity and schedule..
• FACA: manage FACA for INLINE and OQC.
• Reliability: manage reliability. Allocation, schedule, REL FACA.
• Process: manage process conditions and machine parameters. DOE, process related FACA. If you have ability, you can design jig/fixture/machine.

· Project management: manage entire development and control the above function teams and customer. Need responsibility for leading a project success.

· Internal report and report to customer are required on all of the above development job functions.

· 1 project consists of around 20 persons and the above each function has 3-4 persons. New comer will be assigned into one of above functions based on his/her skills and expericence.
