Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures
Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, or repair activities.
Sell and serve refreshments to customers.
Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures.
Maintain inventories of equipment, store and retrieve items and assemble and disassemble equipment as necessary.
Schedule the use of recreation facilities.
Make Decisions and Solve Problems - Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Train and Teach Others - Identify the educational needs of others, develop formal educational or training programs or classes, and teach or instruct others.
Schedule Work and Activities - Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings - Monitor and review information from materials,
events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
Help Kids Corner & Teen Centre, Pool Lifeguard and Beach Lifeguard if need.
Provide for the Guests the Daily Activities Schedule in a professional way.
Follow standards, policy and regulation of the resort.
Prepare and set up Team Building, Bonfire if have reservation.
Report to Supervisor or Manager.
Minimum of one year experience in relevant environment.
High school graduate or above.
Be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
Individual must be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company.
