- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers & assigned accounts.
- Searching, approaching and visiting potential customers for new business opportunities, negotiating the terms of agreements with new and potential customers.
- Meet clients, present products & services and close sales.
- Acting as reference contact between the Company and the existing and potential customers.
- Work closely with the operation team to ensure execution of service proposal & plan.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques on social media and contact center industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position: Relationship Manager, Sales, Account Manager, KAM, Client Success, Customer Success, Consultant
- Data analysis skills are an advantage · Requires ability to work in detail
- Good calculation ability, accurate in data · Writing and presentation skills
- Plus points if you have the following skills: Client Management, Planning, Reporting, Presentation, Communication, Consulting ·
- University graduate or higher, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration
· Good English communication and writing, equivalent to IELTS 6.5
