This position will be responsible for flawless operations, sale execution reports and customer satisfaction, detail as below:
- Sending business confirmation once sales are firmed by traders.
- Following up and making sure sale contracts are signed by both parties with accuracy and in timely manner.
- Following up with payment process as per contract and making sure payment term in the contracts is followed.
- Following up with contract execution process including nomination, appropriation, shipping documents checking, issuance & presentation.
- Coordinating among sellers, terminals, shipping agencies, surveyors, buyers on shipments performance including over age premium, trade penalties, quality allowance, vessel’s schedule, discharge status, free storage extension, dem/des calculation & billing and other subjects relating to contract execution.
- Supporting distribution team in talking to buyers within responsibility regarding to contracts, withdrawal schedule & status, payments, delay penalties, etc.
- Others as assigned by Manager.
