· Represent and promote the company's brand image, products, and services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
· Proactively identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base and contribute to overall business growth.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Provide timely support and consultation to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
· Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
· Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s or College degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or other related fields.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics sales (preferably in import services).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
· Passionate about sales and business development.
· Sharp market awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
· Good command of English in communication, reading, and business writing (email).
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
