SALES MANAGER - HUHTAMAKI (VIETNAM) LTD No 22, Street No.8, VSIP 1, Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus)
The Sales Manager is in charge of increasing the sale of flexible packaging products in specifically assigned functions; selling Huhtamaki VN products using technical, industry, and customer-level knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products to their needs; and identifying new customers, markets, and business opportunities; doing new business sales (hunter) as this role is not developing existing accounts.
Develop a customer strategy that delivers revenue growth through the assigned functions.
Contribute to increasing customer loyalty and product stickiness by a deep understanding of customer value, experience and demands.
Create a strategy and put it into action to ensure business growth and increased client usage.
Engage in activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development, and customer satisfaction.
Provide solutions and recommendations for supporting the sales strategy and new programs.
Contribute to product planning and development by making recommendations based on customers, competitors’ feedback, and knowledge of industrial fields related to the flexible packaging business.
To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the highest quality products and complying with legal requirements”.
Be in charge of finding and developing new customers.
Be responsible for leading sales staff to reach sales targets
Drive dedicated sales turnover and dedicated accounts as an aligned budget
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coordinate with related departments to complete sales projects.
Monitor the AR status of customers
Make certain that the closing FG stocks are within the control limit.
Work with the Sales Head to develop sales strategies as well as the method for contacting customers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate in Business Administration or related majors
At least 7 years experience with 02 years of experience at the same level in the packaging industry is required
Have good analytical skills, good leadership abilities, results-oriented, and good customer service skills
Problem-solving and negotiating abilities
Effective communication, interpersonal skills, reciprocal goodwill as well as the ability to establish excellent working connections with professionals at all levels
Good relationship with FMCG companies is preferable
Capable of working in groups & under high pressure
Good command of both the local and English languages, both spoken and written is preferable.
Excellent management and organization skills.
