Job description:

  • As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and potential clients.
  • You will utilize your expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) to expand our market reach.
  • Collaborate with research and management teams to introduce new products, and manage orders and contracts effectively.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    Identify and engage with potential customers to expand our client base. Develop strategies to target and attract new customers in alignment with company goals.
  • New Product Development: Collaborate closely with research and development teams to understand new product offerings.
    Provide market feedback to influence product development efforts.
    Introduce and promote new products to existing and potential customers.
  • Order and Contract Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closure.
    Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    Monitor contract compliance and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
    Develop strategic plans and initiatives to maximize sales and achieve company objectives.
    Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the seafood industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of seafood products, their market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
