- Conduct research; collect all the survey market information and information of international and domestic competitors; analyze competition; propose a list of potential customers.
- Set department's objective and establish the action plans; manage and implement all Sales Service activities of Royal Group from receiving information of request , managing and monitoring the Contracts to the end of the Contracts.
- Manage all tasks related to sample (ceramic tiles, quartz stone) management and sample allocation; receive requests include request of items production; manage items and allocate Marketing items such as POSM, Saleskit; make compile reports on sample and item usage.
- Organize and implement sales monitoring programs, build and develop customer relationships, monitor markets and provide information for planning business development strategies
- Receive new customer information, negotiation and sales programs, strategic partnerships; monior the process of orders production & exporting; Organize and build information channels so that customers can easily access information.
- Evaluate and report the effectiveness of information channels for domestic and international customers to report to Customer Service Manager. Report activities and propose methods to improve sales service activities and propose proactive solutions to meet customer service.
- Work as the focal point to receive the information and deploy to sales service staffs to coordinate with the factory; prepare relevant information and data to conduct factory audit programs.
- Coordinate with the Sales Division and Brand Management Division to implement new product launch programs and re-launch of existing products
- Periodically review ISO processes related to the department to implement work for the sales service team. Propose method to improve the sales service process by each specific customer segment.
