Mô tả Công việc

1. Training program design and implementation

  • Identify training requirements in line with the different roles' expectation

  • Collaborate with KUVN stakeholders, L&D Share Services design and develop training material meeting the needs of the training requirements

  • Ensure that the school policies and procedures are integrated into the training material and timely updated

  • In collaboration with the KUVN, L&D Share Services design and implement training programs for the KUVN team within the digital training platform of the school, and enable compliance monitoring

  • Report the planning and outcomes of the training programs on monthly basis

  • Consistently review and refresh the training material and techniques to improve training effectiveness

  • Work with the Marketing department to update all Sales collaterals necessary for in center and online Sales presentations

2. Training requirement identification, planning and delivery

  • In collaboration with KUVN stakeholders, L&D Share Services develop a standard evaluation template that can be used at center level on consistent basis

  • Identify the training needs for each center on monthly basis in alignment with the Center Manager while considering all aspects of the center team role description

  • Define the training scope / sessions covered by the center vs. the trainer

  • Schedule a monthly training agenda for each center

  • Feedback to the Center Manager on the outcome of the training sessions occurring in their centers and follow-up on the compliance of the centers on the trainings they are assigned

  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

3. Process and system improvement and managerial support

  • Participate to cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining the processes of the organisation

  • Propose system improvement to the Business Analysis Specialist

  • Support the preparation of the training material for all changes in policies, processes or system updates

  • Participate to the end of probation review sessions with the KUVN stakeholders and HR

  • Participate to monthly team members performance reviews with the KUVN stakeholders, L&D Shared Services and HR

  • Support management leadership in other managerial tasks aimed at improving operation effectiveness for the school

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Excellent communication, observation and presentation skills, able to conduct ILT both online and offline with different learning styles. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with proven records 

  • Minimum of 2 years of training experience with service/hospitality/Education background 

  • Tech savvy and familiar with CRM system concepts 

  • Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook 

  • Reliable, disciplined and organized

  • Willing to travel among the centers

  • Knowledge of MS office packages
