Job Description
● Generate new revenue stream through identifying new leads in the local market.
● Identify the correct target audience, promote Packtica solution to the local market.
● Manage and communicate efficiently with client concerns, propose and close deal.
● Lead and guide the sales team, to hit company sales target.
● Prepare presentation and arrange product demonstration to prospect in person and virtual environment
● Attend to sales enquiries and generate quotations for prospect
● Sales leads management and strategy planning, help to monitor local ads performance and improvise from the data generated. You need to be a data sensitive person, will be guide by the management.
● Develop and foster relationship with Key Account Customers an Alliance partners
● Build an annual sales strategy for each of the sales people in our team in alignment with the overall sales plan
● Conduct weekly review meetings with the sales people
● Lead monthly operational focused sales meetings to discuss pursuit status
● Lead quarterly face to face sales meetings to discuss sales strategy and progress
● Mentor and coach sales staff to hit their targets.
● Strictly implement CRM, Prepare monthly report and present to the HQ.
● Grow the team spirit,
● Required Knowledge: B2B Sales. Marketing is an added advantage
● Candidate must process B2B sales Experience, Data Driven Mindset, can adapt to the fast pace working culture.
● Candidate with printing knowledge will be added advantages.
● Preferred candidate who has involves in formulate marketing or sales strategy.
● Trustworthy and Ethics in work and personal.
