E-commerce Operation (70%)
Build the whole process from the Order at Platform to delivery, & return process, work with Logistic, IT team & Account team.
Proactively collaborate with the Ecommerce platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Lazada, Shopee,…) for all matters related: listing, products updates, pricing, stock management, promotions management, campaigns booking, contracts negotiations etc;
Manage, monitor the order processing: Check order, confirm order, solve related problem.
Follow delivery: Ensure delivery on scheduled, make sure the customer has received the goods follow plan.
Problem solving: Solve delivery issue, support info for drivers,
Administrative task as internal process (with Production, Accounting, Brand team, Finance), make promotion request proposal.
E-commerce Development (30%)
Ecommerce Plan (Sale & Marketing): Make the plan for promotion, discount & marketing: monthly/ campaign/ yearly/. Report to manager.
Work with Platform (TikTok, Lazada, Shopee,…) about the Contract, Promotion, Payment, operation process.
Work with Agency to do MKT activities for each platform.
Management: make the report to revenue/cost/efficiency for the campaign monthly & yearly.
Research: Market and Competitor.

Minimum 3 year’s experience in E-commerce Operation positions, has strong passionate in building the E-Commerce team for the confectionery company.
Experienced in running Ads Social, Digital, Tiktok, Live Stream, Tele Sales... Media Performance in general
Have skills in analyzing Sales, Promotion scheme, Price scheme on e-commerce platform
Proactive working style and hard working
Good analytic and Multitasks management skills
Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, English is a plus.
