Senior Procurement Executive (F&B) - VFBS (Popeyes, Domino's Pizza, Burger King)

Sourcing, Planning materials as requested by the internal departments, dealing with suppliers and negotiating for the best price and payment term, delivery term.

Sourcing qualified suppliers from local & overseas, include visiting exhibitions, factories, trading website,..
Cordinating with other department to prepare plans for the purchase of ingredients, equipment, services, and supplies.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Prepare the report as and when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least 03 years working experience in food service/import and distribution as purchaser
Buying knowledge and experience in food industry is plus
Experience in ERP/SAP is an advantage.
University graduate in Economic, Foreign Trade, Business Management.
Good communication both English and Vietnamese.
Good business and commercial sense, and negotiation skills
Self-improvement, self-motivated, integrity, independent and can work under high pressure.
