AVD( Advanced Vendor Development Team) QE keeps AVD activities and Supplier working on quality-first mindset. Manage history of quality issues and counter measures
- Audit local Suppliers and advise improvement
- Work with PRC counter part to define Quality test plan for localized parts
- Investigate root cause of Reliability test failure during localization
- Review vendors capability.
- Coordinate with team for localization project.
- Develop vendors ability, improve vendors capability.
- Experience of 7 QC tools, Have experience of vendors audit, process-product audit.
- Experience working with vendors, outsourcing, and project management.
- Train and guide junior QE engineers
Education: University, major in Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience

- Ability to read and understand technical documents / drawings/ specification
