Design and implement effective contests, ad hoc, promotion campaigns for motivating freelancers; manage the budget for agency channel activities and contest incentives
Design, conduct and develop the sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues for agency channel. Prepare proposals based on the agreed plan and implement once approvals are in place.
Coordinate with related parties, track and monitor agency performance to maximize their performance.
Provides timely reports/insights/analyses about the top performing and underperforming sale to monitor and evaluate of the agency sales result against the projection/ goals/ objectives
Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or relevant major.
